According to Mr. John Vautier of Emco Wheaton, the company has developed and tested the product and is now working to get the product approved by Florida Department of Environmental Protection.  The target repair market is the OPW 5-gallon overspill.  Attached is a product sheet and two 'after' pictures.  Mr. Vautier's contact information is:
