DEP has made various memos and letters available to the Florida Petroleum Marketers Association (FPMA) including this guidance document.  It is important for all storage tank owners to understand what will happen to them if they fail to meet the 12/31/09 deadline for upgrading.  Visit the library on the FPMA website at http://fpma.org for more information.
