Marshall-Mott Smith, Administrator of the Florida Department of

Environmental Protection (FDEP) tanks program, has decided to retire from the FDEP after 31 years of service and pursue other opportunities in the private sector.  The FPC has scheduled some time with Bureau Chief Mike Ashey to gain insight into the near and future plans to accommodate the departure of Marshall Mott-Smith.
